Shipping Charges – UK ONLY
Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total cost of purchases when you check out and will be shown on the on-line advice at the end of the check-out process.
Postage and packing for all items:
Orders below £10 - £1.50 Postage and Packing
£10 - £20 = £2.00
£21 - £30 = £2.50
£31 - £40 = £3.50
Over £40 = Post free
SHIPPING CHARGES – NON-UK
For delivery outside the UK shipping is chargeable at cost of Air Mail for the parcel weight. We will advise you by email of the cost of shipping at the time of dispatch of your purchases.
PAYMENT
A minimum order value of £5 applies to all payment methods. We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch or Visa) directly on-line at the time of order (UK only), or with card details entered on-line for subsequent processing (Non-UK only). We also accept payment by cheque or postal order payable to Heath Artcrafts (UK only).
DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL, which is an inherently insecure form of communication.
If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when we charge your card at the time of dispatch of your order.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
UK on-line credit or debit card transactions are authorised and processed on a separate, secure server. All transactions are fully encrypted using SSL technology. No credit or debit card information is collected or stored on the Heath Art Crafts server and we do not have any access to this information entered by you at the time of purchase.
GUARANTEE
Heath Artcrafts operate a returns policy in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. In accordance with these you are entitled to a 'cooling off' period after placing your order. During this period you may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office.
Heath Artcrafts cannot be responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
You must notify us of cancellation/return in writing (a telephone call is not sufficient) either by e-mail, or write to Heath Artcrafts, 20 High Street, New Romney, Kent, TN28 8BY
Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of cancellation.
